Are you a seasoned operations leader seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Office Manager.

Job Description

The role involves overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, including supervising a team of administrative staff and managing trust accounting and finance reporting. You will also be responsible for supporting billing and audit preparation, and providing backup assistance to accounts.

Additionally, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development, ensuring that our team is motivated and productive. You will set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), billables, and file reviews to drive performance and enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

You will work closely with our marketing team to assist with marketing initiatives and ensure that our office runs efficiently and effectively.

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or Practice Manager in a professional services firm (ideally 5+ years)
  • Understanding of Trust Accounting - advantageous
  • Confident in setting KPIs, managing performance, and reviewing file procedures
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Payroll experience beneficial but not essential
