Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Youth Mental Health Leader to join our team at headspace Mount Druitt. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate leader with strong clinical experience in youth mental health to provide operational and clinical supervision, guide evidence-based practice, support performance outcomes, and contribute to strategic direction.

As a Senior Youth Mental Health Leader, you will be responsible for supervising clinicians, conducting case reviews, leading various meetings relating to intake and client management, guiding and supporting evidence-based practices within the team, overseeing key partnerships and maintaining stakeholder relationships, training and mentoring new clinicians, collaborating on strategic initiatives with the Operations Manager, maintaining oversight of service KPIs and reporting, and delivering direct client support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (such as Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing or Occupational Therapy), and provisional or full membership with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body.
