Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and allocating care teams to meet client needs
  • Observing, caring for, and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of clients
  • Responding to emergency situations
  • Assessing clients' healthcare needs and developing personalized care plans
  • Facilitating wound dressing, complex medical procedures, and palliative care
  • Coordinating with hospitals and facilities for medical appointments

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or Personal Care Worker with experience in aged care or disability support
  • Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current National Police Check and First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Unrestricted driver's license and comprehensive car insurance (desirable)
  • Endorsed to administer medication (desirable)
