Job Opportunity for Trade Qualified Assessors in the Automotive Industry

We are seeking a trade qualified assessor to conduct job ready assessments with overseas participants in their workplace based in South East Queensland.

The successful applicant will have a passion for the automotive industry and an understanding of the knowledge and skills developed by participants who have previously gained an automotive qualification as part of this migration program.

This is an opportunity to be an important part of their journey to permanent residency.

Key Requirements:

  • Australian trade qualification in Automotive – Certificate III or above - required
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or the Assessor Skill Set - required
  • Previous training and assessment history – desirable
  • Reliable vehicle and current drivers licence - required
  • Ability to work within timelines
  • Attention to detail and ability to write applicant assessment reports
  • The ability to effectively communicate with participants who have English as a second language
  • A can-do attitude
