What to expect

You'll be based on site, working alongside experienced leaders to understand how we deliver safe, secure, and efficient logistics solutions across retail, healthcare, government, industrial, resources and fast-moving consumer goods.

Across the program, you'll:

  • Contribute to meaningful projects that drive safety, sustainability, and smarter logistics
  • Learn how our teams use advanced systems and technology to keep supply chains moving
  • Build your network and explore the wide range of career pathways available
  • Develop core skills aligned to our values – where safety, service, and growth go hand-in-hand

At the end of the program, you'll have the opportunity to fast track your application to a graduate program. If successful, you can head into your final year of university with confidence and clarity about your next step.

Who are we looking for

We're seeking students who are:

  • In their penultimate year of a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
  • Australian citizens or permanent residents at the time of application (essential)
  • Curious, driven, and eager to learn with a hands-on approach
  • Confident communicators and problem-solvers who thrive in a team environment
  • Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a vehicle during the program
