Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategic sourcing strategies in complex corporate environments. You will be responsible for leading high-level negotiations with suppliers, developing policies and procedures, and integrating procurement departments across the company's properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on procurement strategy and practice to key stakeholders.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with suppliers to deliver optimal value for money outcomes.
  • Develop and implement overarching policies, procedures, and frameworks for procurement activities.
  • Integrate procurement departments across the company's properties.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proven people leader with a long track record of delivering EBITDA value. You should have experience managing large spends across multiple sites and a background in complex corporate organizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree (or undertaking a Degree) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Management; Law; MBA etc.).
  • Experience managing large spends across multiple sites and delivering EBITDA value.
  • Demonstrated success at delivering operational excellence and transformation projects in medium to large organizations.
  • Demonstrates sound entrepreneurship and innovative thinking with advanced negotiation skills.
  • History of developing long-term strategic partners that deliver value.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships that deliver strong commercial outcomes.
