IT Systems Manager

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with expertise in managing complex systems to work in a dynamic telecom environment.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and support the CWS Billing System and other platforms such as Provisioning System, Managed Wi-Fi, Kiosk, CWS Datawarehouse and Customer Care systems.
- Perform database administration functions, oversee the Customer Self Care systems and translate business requirements into products and services.
- Develop projects and provide relevant training to CWS staff.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the same field.
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, initiative and commitment.
- Familiarity with database servers (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and conversant with SQL queries.
- Creative mindset & innovative.
- Good team working skills.
- Knowledge in programming, scripting and Linux and Windows server administration.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive and have a strong passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is required. Relevant certifications and professional experience in system administration will be highly valued.
