Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Quality Management
  • Develop and implement strategic quality initiatives to achieve organisational goals.
  • Establish a framework for accountability and performance, leveraging data-driven insights.

  • Take a hands-on approach to implementing key quality initiatives that enhance service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.
  • Oversee risk management strategies to prioritise participant and workforce safety.
  • Develop and maintain quality frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with regulations.
  • Lead compliance reporting, audits, and reviews, ensuring regulatory excellence.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., disability, health, social work, quality management).
  • Extensive leadership experience in strategic execution, quality assurance, and compliance within the disability, health, or community services sector.
  • Deep understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience implementing quality frameworks and engaging with operational teams to drive improvements.
