About the Role

The Administrative Officer will provide administrative support to the SA Medical Imaging team, serving as the first point of contact for patients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient administrative services to internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing general administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and reporting
  • Interpreting medical imaging terminology and providing information to patients and referrers
  • Coordinating with the Radiology Information System (RIS) and other healthcare systems
