Theatre Operations Coordinator Role

Rebus Theatre is an award-winning inclusive theatre company that uses performance and the arts to create positive change, foster healing, and build a more compassionate society.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in managing or coordinating events, performances, or community programs in the arts or non-profit sector. They will possess strong organisational skills, ideally within a small to medium-sized organisation, and be able to manage resources, reporting, and compliance effectively.

The key responsibilities of the role include leading organisational coordination and staff management, promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace; providing high-level support across projects and performances, ensuring delivery on time and with quality; supporting governance, compliance, and risk management processes; contributing to strategic development, funding applications, and business planning; and monitoring operational systems in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
