Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to support the CEO/Artistic Director and ensure smooth coordination across operations, productions, and governance.

This is a pivotal role, bridging creative projects and organisational systems, and helping deliver high-quality performances, community programs, and workplace training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organisational coordination and staff management, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
  • Provide high-level production management across projects and performances, ensuring delivery on time.
  • Support governance, compliance, and risk management processes with the CEO and Board.
  • Contribute to strategic development, funding applications and grant reporting, and business planning.
  • Monitor operational systems in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • At least three years' management or coordination experience in the arts or community sector.
  • Strong production management skills, ideally within a small to medium arts organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, reporting, and compliance.
  • Experience supervising staff or contractors and fostering positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Commitment to inclusion, equity, and the role of the arts in creating social change.
  • Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft 365.
