Key Role in Cloud Native Service Development

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for managing the development of high-quality cloud-native services on AWS.

As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to developers on several teams, including performance evaluations, career development, and recruiting.
  • Maintaining technical expertise in service/software architecture, communication skills, and strong planning and prioritization.
  • Clearing roadblocks for the team by resolving technical problems, coordination issues, or lack of solid requirements.

You will work closely with our development teams to support their sprint/kanban process, stay up-to-date with technical work, and prioritize learning and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will hold product owner responsibilities, such as communicating with service leads, managing conflicts, and guiding development priorities.

As a leader, you will be responsible for one-on-one meetings with direct reports, talent alignment, annual salary reviews, and improving team culture.

Your key qualifications include passion for developing people, experience with microservice architectures, proactive problem-solving, excellent communications skills, and a passion for delivering great products.
