Our organization is seeking a highly skilled avionics professional to join our team. As an Avionics Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful operation of our workshops by performing bench repairs down to component level of electronic and electromechanical equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality and adherence to regulatory compliance in all activities. You will be responsible for ensuring profitable operations in both contract and non-contract servicing, as well as maintaining a sound knowledge of company procedures, Quality Manual and specific workshop guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring high levels of product safety for customers

- Maintaining effective operation of equipment, tooling and physical resources

- Developing and maintaining knowledge of Site Quality, Safety Management and EH&S policies

- Troubleshooting and solving technical problems

Required qualifications include:

- Desire to obtain a Certificate IV Aeroskills (Avionics) or equivalent

- Effective verbal and written communications skills

- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems

- A track record of compliance adherence, including EHS and regulatory requirements
