Avionics Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Role

Seeking a highly skilled Avionics Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Williamtown, NSW. The successful candidate will have expertise in maintaining, inspecting, and diagnosing avionic systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and inspect avionic systems and components to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct fault diagnosis and repairs on complex avionic systems.
  • Ensure maintenance is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and airworthiness standards.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills – Avionics or equivalent qualification.
  • Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain Federal Government Security Clearance.
  • Experience working with Defence aircraft, preferably in an aviation environment.
  • Strong understanding of Australian Defence Force aircraft maintenance regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
