Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at Compliance & Risk Management Recruitment.

This role will provide specialist advice and support to our clients, helping them to establish and maintain effective compliance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance frameworks within organisations, with experience in the energy sector being highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead streamlined compliance practices ensuring adherence to legislative obligations.
  • Evaluate existing compliance frameworks and programs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support leaders to understand their compliance requirements and develop best practice models.
  • Develop and conduct training as required for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of legal and financial structures within organisations and compliance needs of complex organisations.
  • Experience in investigating allegations in a sensitive environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
