About the Role:
Melbourne Airport is seeking an experienced Construction Compliance Specialist to join its Safety team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the required standards for safety, quality and compliance. This includes conducting regular inspections, including at key hold points to support a reduction in the number of non-conformances and defects pre and post completion. You will work closely with project teams to identify risks and develop creative solutions by either following or modifying existing procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need a detailed understanding of construction quality assurance/quality control and demonstrated familiarity with safety management systems. A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is also essential.
