The successful candidate will work closely with the WHS team to deliver high standards of safety within our Fulfillment Center (FC).

This is an hourly role based on shift patterns, requiring a strong communicator who values teamwork and can function as a role model and engage in a professional manner with the entire FC workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and inform management of compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
  • Facilitate incident investigation process.
  • Maintain required paperwork to comply with Amazon and local regulations.
  • Enter safety incident information into internal databases in a timely manner.
  • Perform safety observations and audits.
  • Coach others to complete their safety responsibilities.

A Day in the Life

This position involves working 40 hours/week, with overtime as required. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
