Heavy Machinery Industry Trainee

This role involves training in earthmoving parts consulting, gathering customer information, and sourcing new, used, or remanufactured parts to solve customers' needs.

Duties

- Research, source, and ensure stock of fast-moving parts
- Handle complaints and warranty claims
- Process sales orders, quotes, invoices, cash handling, EFTPOS, and trade accounts
- Complete associated paperwork, record keeping, and update internal CRM systems
- Identify and resolve customer concerns with timely follow-up on all client contact
- Represent our values, ethics, and services in a professional manner at all times

Skills and Experience

- Mechanically minded with a keen interest in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Quick learner with the ability to follow systems and procedures
- High level of computer skills
- Positive, friendly, can-do attitude
- Driver's license essential
- Must be in Australia and have full working rights
