Job Opportunity

Position: Casual Astronomy Programs Officer.

Work type: Part-time opportunity to join our team of experts in astronomy outreach and education.

The role involves working with a diverse group of people, including the visiting public and school groups, to develop and deliver engaging astronomy programs.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver interactive astronomy programs and events that promote an understanding of the universe.
  • Utilize research skills to create engaging presentations and demonstrations that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Cultivate strong communication skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, adapting to various customer needs and expectations.
