Service Centre Support Specialist

This varied and challenging role involves providing support to a significant institution in Queensland. It is an exciting opportunity for those who want to deepen their Service Centre skills and work in a large, welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Microsoft Server and Desktop products by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing solutions and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Manage Active Directory & Exchange access by configuring user permissions, monitoring system performance and maintaining data security.
  • Work with Citrix hosted desktop environments to ensure efficient and secure remote access to corporate resources.
  • Configure and troubleshoot desktop hardware to resolve technical issues and maintain high-performance computing systems.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with ticketing systems, SLA's and time sheeting to manage service requests efficiently.
  • ITIL understanding, specifically around best practice IT services and processes, to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • A history of outstanding performance in customer service roles to provide exceptional support to end-users.
