We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our Property Finance team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our owned assets and employee office network.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial reports, including month-end and year-end reconciliations, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Collaborate with external partners to review and update Net Rental Income (NRI) assumptions, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Support the annual budget preparation process, including NRI, Depreciation, Overhead, and Disposal assumptions.
- Administer overhead costs, including accruals, recharges, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drive process efficiency, and support change initiatives.
- CA/CPA qualified (or studying) with an Undergraduate/Masters Degree in Accounting or similar.
- Experience in preparing, developing, and analysing key financial information.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills, with experience in Google Sheets and SAP preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to business decision support.
