About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Analyst to join our Woolworths Property Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of Woolworths owned assets and the employee office network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare property focused month end, year end and balance sheet reconciliations, review performance vs. budget, and generate insights
  • Review all current year Net Rental Income (NRI) assumptions, update forecasts, provide variance analysis, insight and reporting as well as facilitate internal reviews with key stakeholders
  • Support the annual budget preparation including NRI, Depreciation, Overhead and Disposal assumptions
  • Administer overhead costs, including accruals, recharges, variance analysis, and reporting
  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally, drive efficiency through process engineering, and support change initiatives

About You

We are looking for a commercial thinker with strong business planning and analytical skills, that is able to business partner with individuals at all levels across the business. You will have a CA / CPA qualification (or studying) with an Undergraduate/Masters Degree in Accounting or similar, experience in preparing, developing and analysing key financial information, excellent stakeholder management, and experience in Google sheets, Intermediate Excel skills, SAP is preferred.
