**About the role**

As a Retail Consultant you will be working within our collaborative team environment working towards KPI's and targets to achieve this by supporting builders and homeowners as they navigate through the renovation journey.

This role, located in Essendon, will not only be based in our stunning Bathroom Life showroom but you will also be required to visit account customers (such as builders, developers and interior designers) on site. A passion for customer service and building business relationships is a must.

**Your day to day**
- Deliver exceptional customer service/stakeholder management
- Assist customers with the selection of bathroom products
- Provide expertise in leading bathroom brands
- Utilise our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
- Using Reece own CRM system

**About you**
- Previous customer service experience
- Have experience working with KPI's and targets
- Must demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm
- Proficient computer and system skills
- Great communication skills, with a passion for sales
- A team player, with safety awareness
