Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach.

This position involves working with NDIS participants to navigate the service system, make informed decisions and obtain the resources they need and want.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals in managing their own supports
  • Monitor and review plans and goals in consultation with participants and their families
  • Provide support and assistance as required to relevant others/stakeholders
  • Establish and develop relationships with NDIS, community and mainstream supports

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a culturally sensitive environment. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and support to NDIS participants, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to departmental standards.
