An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic clinical professional to join our team in the Midwest region of Western Australia.
About the RoleThis role will see you working as a member of a multidisciplinary team within a Primary Health Care framework, providing planned, coordinated, and comprehensive primary health and emergency care to members of the community in a culturally secure environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary health and emergency care to members of the community
- Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in healthcare
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Broad nursing experience, including assessment, emergency management, and primary healthcare
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Current knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in the areas of equal opportunity, disability services, and occupational safety and health
