Compliance Advisory Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Compliance Advisory Manager. This role will play a critical part in developing and managing compliance frameworks and policies, ensuring that the business operates in alignment with its policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

The Compliance Advisory Manager will be responsible for providing expert compliance advisory services to stakeholders across the organisation, supporting the development of comprehensive compliance frameworks and policies, and undertaking Line 2 activities for obligations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert compliance advice to relevant stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Support the development and enhancement of comprehensive compliance frameworks and policies.
  • Undertake Line 2 activities for obligations management, including maintenance of the obligations library.
  • Ensure effective monitoring mechanisms for compliance practices, providing advisory support to assess adherence to organisational policies and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage and maintain appropriate financial services and trustee licensing and authorisations of entities.
Requirements:
  • Experienced compliance professional working in a similar role in regulatory compliance or legal areas, preferably in the Australian financial services industry.
  • Experience in interpreting and applying associated legislative requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
