- Establish a national sales agenda and call frequency for key accounts.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and account management.
- Experience in the Auto Glass industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
