Role Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing, organizing, and implementing marketing initiatives across various campaigns and significant project areas within the organization. This role requires fostering collaboration across departments including marketing, merchandise, eCommerce, retail operations, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging insights from current market trends to ensure a creative and effective approach.
  • Collaborate with the internal design team to outline marketing components needed for campaigns, including but not limited to digital communications, visual merchandising, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the review and approval process for marketing elements related to key projects.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on marketing activities for significant project areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandise, and Retail Operations.
  • Engage with external partners and agencies to brief and implement activities aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of initiatives for the PETstock Foundation.
  • Support the PETstock Vet & Grooming network with logistical requests and uniform procurement.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of events, participating as necessary.
  • Evaluate marketing efforts through post-campaign assessments to integrate insights into future strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Understanding of retail marketing principles.
  • Experience with both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external agencies.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
