Inclusion Manager, Community Connection Specialist
Job SummaryThe Department of Communities is seeking a highly skilled Inclusion Manager to lead the Community Connection Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and influencing practice across Community Inclusion Connectors and Navigators.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic management and leadership of Community Connection Specialists
- Development of strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
- Accountability for effective service delivery and quality outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Extensive experience in community development, inclusion, and social services
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to operate with high level autonomy
