The Opportunity

As Manager of the Communities Inclusion Connection Team (CICT), you will:

  1. Strategically manage, lead, and influence practice across Community Inclusion Connectors (CIC) and Communities Inclusion Navigators, providing operational guidance to align with CICT principles, policies, and practices to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Develop strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to negotiate, collaborate, and shape community services.
  3. Operate with a high level of autonomy, being accountable for effective service delivery and quality outcomes, using your expertise to make decisions that benefit the community.

Currently, one permanent position is available for immediate filling. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for future vacancies within the next 12 months across the Department of Communities.
