About the Role

Arup is seeking a highly experienced Wind Energy Leader to join our established Renewable Energy team. As a key member of our team, you will lead onshore wind projects and provide technical expertise to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of utility-scale wind experience, with a strong presence within the renewable market and associated industry contacts. A deep understanding of foundation design and expertise in power systems, solar PV, hydrogen, battery energy storage, and pumped hydro would be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onshore wind projects and provide technical expertise to clients
  • Build rapport and networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Gain a good understanding of customer needs
  • Project Management: meeting deadlines, monitoring budgets, and controlling expenditure to meet financial targets
  • Represent Arup at internal and external events
  • Responsible for the performance and development of others through providing guidance, training, direction, and feedback
