Job Summary:

This role is a vital component of our operation at the Laverton Recycling Facility. As a Process Operator/Sorter, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our machines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Efficiency: Identify and remove unsuitable items from the conveyor to prevent machine downtime.
  • Sorting Expertise: Sort removed items into designated bins for optimal recycling outcomes.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Perform routine maintenance tasks and keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Health and Safety: Identify potential hazards and report them to management promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document daily activities and performance metrics.
