Internal IT Support Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced internal IT support specialist to join our team. As an internal IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our staff across various locations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT support and excellent communication skills. They will be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, maintain computer systems, and provide training to staff members.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to staff
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Maintain computer systems and networks
  • Provide training to staff members
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
