About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide dual support to our Executive General Manager - Residential Operations (EGM) and General Manager (GM) Home Care in their roles.

The successful candidate will also provide high-level administrative support to the Healthy Ageing division as directed by the EGM and GM.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and compassionate environment, supporting the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the EGM and GM, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects and initiatives within the Healthy Ageing division.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental objectives and strategies.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Current Police Record Check or NDIS Check.
  • Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
