Building Inspector Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Inspector to join our team on a permanent basis. Specifically, we are looking for someone to work on residential projects in South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

The role requires carrying out mandatory inspections on various residential projects and investigating complaints. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will ensure the services provided are at the highest standard. Effective communication is vital, and you will need to provide verbal and written updates to relevant parties on inspection progress.

You will have the ability to provide direction and leadership to builders and site managers while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in meeting deadlines.
