About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the last point of contact to offer a great shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Collect trolleys from around the store, the connecting car park and surrounding areas.
  • Rotate in all areas, including customer queries and scanning groceries.
