Customer Service Team Member

At Woolworths Group, we're looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team. As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be the last point of contact to offer a great shopping experience to our customers. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer queries, scanning groceries, and collecting trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Scan groceries and collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
