Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team in Northern Adelaide. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with the Allied Health multi-disciplinary team and liaise directly with medical, nursing staff of NALHN and with other community agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Allied Health multi-disciplinary team and liaise directly with medical, nursing staff of NALHN and with other community agencies.
- Rotate through a range of different specialties, spending one year in the acute setting and one year in subacute.
- Manage a varied clinical caseload and see patients and their families at various points in their health care journey.
- Conduct initial and functional assessments to determine needs of the patient using a combination of assessments and clinical observations.
- Develop therapy plans and interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
- You are passionate, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
- You enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- You have tertiary qualifications in OT and will be eligible for AHPRA registration upon graduation.
- You graduated in the last 18 months or are graduating at end of 2024.
