Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with parents, family members, children, and young people to provide support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement safety plans, conduct risk assessments, and manage complex cases.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for families.
Requirements:
  • A relevant diploma or degree qualification is preferred; however, applicants without a relevant qualification require at least two years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • A valid driver's license and paid Working with Children clearance number are also required.
