We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Aboriginal Child Protection Caseworker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with parents, family members, children, and young people to provide support and guidance.
- Develop and implement safety plans, conduct risk assessments, and manage complex cases.
- Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for families.
- A relevant diploma or degree qualification is preferred; however, applicants without a relevant qualification require at least two years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
- A valid driver's license and paid Working with Children clearance number are also required.
- A competitive salary from $87,315 to $113,562 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
