Job Overview

The Assistant Director will lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning and capability programs. Key responsibilities include maintaining and implementing a capability framework, developing performance frameworks, designing a skills taxonomy and managing learning systems.

  • Maintain and implement a capability framework.
  • Develop and implement performance frameworks.
  • Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to a job family framework.
  • Manage learning systems, mandatory training programs and enterprise capability frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team in a complex organisation.
  • Expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery and evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.
