Clinical Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to lead our healthcare services in Mareeba, Atherton, and Kuranda.
This role requires a proactive approach to management, ensuring efficient administrative functions and adherence to regulatory standards while fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the operational management of three health clinics within a culturally respectful framework.
- Driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
- Collaborating effectively with stakeholders and managing team performance to meet organizational goals.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate reporting systems.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, operational management expertise, and a deep understanding of community health and cultural safety.
Applicants should have a Diploma or higher qualification in Practice Management, Business Management, or Health, and at least three years' experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- A strong understanding of Medicare billing, Electronic Medical Records, and the Australian health system.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
