High-Level Clinical Service Provider

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high-level clinical services in correctional centres.
The successful candidate will deliver complex assessments and interventions to promote wellbeing and safety for adults in our centres. You will manage a diverse caseload, maintain accurate case notes and progress reports, and demonstrate your clinical knowledge, understanding and skills to support service delivery.
You will operate independently to provide advice, undertake clinical consultations, and problem solve diverse and often complicated situations using Clinical Frameworks to Guide Decisions and Activities.
">Key Responsibilities- Apply knowledge of behaviour change techniques to develop and/or review behavioural support management plans
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to promote a supportive environment while developing critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills within the team
- Be accountable for your own professional development, maintaining clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities
