About the Role

BMD Urban is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Darwin, NT. As a key member of our pre-contract team, you will be responsible for pricing a range of diverse civil infrastructure projects across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with pre-contract teams to deliver exceptional winning civil infrastructure and urban development bids
  • Estimate projects in land development, water/sewer upgrades, road infrastructure, and defence contracts
  • Develop subcontractor work packages and review estimates
  • Utilize industry-leading systems and software tools to ensure accurate and efficient estimating
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in civil construction estimating
  • Mix of project and estimating experience ideal
  • First principle estimating experience
  • Experience with subcontractor work packages and review
  • Exposure to Expert Estimation desirable
