**Event Coordinator Opportunity**

The role involves coordinating events and managing key functions across the business, including administration and back-office tasks. You will be responsible for reviewing and improving business processes, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and creating collateral as required.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • End-to-end event coordination, being hands-on on the day of
  • Managing stock and inventory, budgets, reports, and event schedules
  • Supporting the leadership team with process improvement
  • Relieving reception duties when needed

We are looking for someone with a strong background in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work at pace while managing competing priorities. A mature outlook, pro-active nature, and ability to identify areas for improvement are essential.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a current Food Handling Certificate and RSA, and be willing to complete a Police Check.
