Service times: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-9:00am, 2:30pm-6:00pm, with additional administrative hours available.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with schools, partners, and the wider community.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated educators, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Qualifications or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification, with a focus on child-centered practice.
