Director of Service Opportunity

A permanent, full-time role awaits a driven and passionate individual to lead our Out of School Hours Care team.

Stay compliant with regulatory requirements and manage medical documentation effectively.

Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community, driving success through collaboration and dedication.

Service times: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-9:00am, 2:30pm-6:00pm, with additional administrative hours available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with schools, partners, and the wider community.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated educators, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
