Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in processing trade manifests for vessels arriving and departing Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process trade manifests for vessels arriving and departing Brisbane
  • Produce accurate and timely invoices for the recovery of harbour dues, wharfage, port access charges and cargo-based security charges
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to produce trade information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience as an accounts administrator comfortable working with high volume invoicing
  • An eye for detail and pride in being accurate and speedy with keyboard work
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
