Job Title: Finance Manager">

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the month-end close process, delivering accurate and timely financial reports, preparing and managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with stakeholders to support business performance, providing financial modelling and scenario analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background in financial management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and support non-financial stakeholders.

You will also require experience within manufacturing, construction, or a product-based business, as well as proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

">Responsibilities:">
  • Lead the month-end close process including journals, reconciliations, and reporting packs
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports including P&L, variance analysis, and commentary
  • Prepare and manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with operational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business performance and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform key business initiatives
  • Support stock and cost management through financial insight and reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems, processes, and internal controls
">Requirements:">
  • CA or CPA qualified with at least 5 years of experience in financial or management accounting
  • Experience within manufacturing, construction, or a product-based business preferred
  • Strong technical skills in financial management, Excel, and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and support non-financial stakeholders
