Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Professional to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing business in the skincare and beauty sector, creating and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and analytics. They will be able to ideate and plan engaging content strategies, map quarterly content schedules, set up and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns, and report on their effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
  • Proven record in developing a comprehensive social strategy including paid and organic search
  • Demonstrated experience working within the beauty, skincare, and wellness sector in digital marketing roles
  • Website management and content updating experience
  • Strong Google Analytics skills including reporting and insights
  • Proven social media content creation and copywriting experience
