Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled Solution Designer. As a critical member of our ICT program, you will play a key role in shaping solution designs across multiple projects, ensuring technology solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Our ideal candidate has 3–5 years' experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale transformation projects or programs. They possess proven expertise across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure. Additionally, they have strong knowledge of modern frameworks such as Blazor, React, and data microservices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative solution architectures for complex ICT programs.
  • Provide technical direction and oversight of solution development and integration.
  • Evaluate architectural options to ensure cost-effectiveness, scalability, and performance.
  • Produce clear specifications for cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering successful solution architectures in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
  • Ability to work closely with IT teams, business areas, and Agile Delivery Teams (ADTs) to provide strategic and technical guidance.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
