• Prepare and present reports on performance, progress, and key metrics to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful projects and initiatives.
• Manage and optimize resources to maintain cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
• 1 year of experience as a manager, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervising experience is highly preferred.
• Restaurant management, bar management, hospitality, customer service, and management experience are beneficial.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage.
